Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Increased volume times or supply-chain issues can delay processing by 2-4 days. In the event of delays, an email will be sent notifying you of the change.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We offer flat rate shipping of $9.50 for all orders under $55. All orders over $55 receive free shipping! Local orders are $5.75 for orders under $55.
Delivery estimates are based on carrier information.

Local Pricing

What is Local pricing? Local pricing is for localities in: Vanderburgh, Warrick, Posey, and Gibson counties in Indiana and Henderson County Kentucky.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers should receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once the product has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Average Joe Candle Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Any fees applied during and after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, customs, etc.).

Damages

Average Joe Candle Co. is not responsible for product damages or losses during shipping. If you received your item damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will work with you throughout this process and help determine a replacement product if neccessary.

Return & Exchange Policy

Every candle is handmade with love and generally non-returnable. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
